This weeks menu will be a bit different since Calixto is away. I can't even think of anything appealing to eat?! I'll be making some pretty simple, quick meals... In no particular order:
Taco Casserole - I make it more like a taco salad...one of the kid's favorites
Tuna Melts on flat bread and fruit
pizza, carrots, celery sticks
Wal-mart chicken, rolls, something else ?
hot dogs roasted over a fire, chips, fruit (s'mores for dessert)
Over a friend's house one night
